What Is Coffee Reading?
After the coffee is drunk, the cup is turned upside down onto the saucer and left to cool. The shapes left by the grounds (symbols such as a bird, a road, a heart, a letter, an animal or a number) are interpreted. Each symbol has a traditional meaning; the rim of the cup represents the near future, the bottom the more distant.
